Prices

The rates at Reading Short Stay are very reasonable.

Price per week

Top (first floor) apartment: one double bedroom - £375 for one week. Two weeks or more £350 per week
Garden (ground floor) apartment: one double bedroom - £375 for one week. Two weeks or more £350 per week. All prices are fully inclusive.

Details

Twin bedroom refers to one bedroom with two single beds in it. Double bedroom refers to one bedroom with one double bed in it.

The price is in UK pounds, that is, pounds sterling.

Deposit

A deposit of £50 secures your apartment booking.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay for either of the apartments is one week.

What is included

The rates are inclusive of all service charges and utilities, cable tv and broadband internet access. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Off road parking for a small to medium car.
