Price per week

• Top (first floor) apartment: one double bedroom - £400 for one week. Two weeks or more £375 per week
• Garden (ground floor) apartment: one double bedroom - £400 for one week. Two weeks or more £375 per week. All prices are fully inclusive

Details

Twin bedroom refers to one bedroom with two single beds in it. Double bedroom refers to one bedroom with one double bed in it.

The price refers to UK pounds, that is, pounds sterling.

Deposit

Deposit of £500 secures the apartment booking and is required in advance of arrival.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay for either of the apartments is one week.

What is included

The rates are inclusive of all service charges and utilities, cable tv and broadband internet access. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Off road parking for a small to medium car.
